That is really a garden to enjoy, Cocomino.
Thank you 🙂
Good morning, my husband and I are moving into a newly purchased home after living in a condo for 6 years. Needless to say, at the condo I only could plant into flowerpots. Here we have .78 acre of land… I have always loved gardening, but with so much land I wouldn’t even know where to start… Any suggestions? Thank you!
78 acre is awesome. If I have the land, I would like to plant apple, orange and persimmon trees. In addition, I plant rice. It must be great land. Good luck.
So beautiful these plants!
I don’t think I have ever seen them before, here in my country!
Thanks. Glad to hear that. These are common flowers here

Your garden is looking beautiful. The cat mint flower is lovely. it is getting cooler down here so planting is not high on our list at the moment. I did try plant a few succulants the other day but the village pigs came wondering through and dug every thing up! Very frustrating. Your garden looks better organised!
Thank you Your story of the pigs are interesting I hope that you also enjoy planting It makes us relax 🙂
You have some beautiful and colourful plants in your garden – how lovely! We have catmint and dogwood – although this particular variety of dogwood is less common. One often sees it in specialist gardens. I love your photo of the dogwood flower and the way the light catches it 🙂
Thank you so much. Happy to hear that. Dogwood is also my favorite. I took it photo on the wood deck. 😀
すてきなガーデンですね!
カラフルな花がたくさんあるんです。
ありがとうございます。 今の季節が一番カラフルです。
Such gorgeous color and a lovely variety of plants you have, Coco! I especially like the cockscomb planter!
Thanks I gave the cockscomb to my wife for Mother’s Day 🙂
We have a catmint. All the flowers are so pretty! My roses are growing but still no flowers yet, I cannot wait!
Roses are nice and difficult to plant Good luck 🙂
Yes, it’s been comfortable, not cold and not too hot, just right weather. Looks like your garden was transformed into early summer attire. Cherry sage is thriving in my garden, too.
Yoko
Thank you Cherry sage is very strong and bloom every day.
Beautiful blooms!! I can imagine how colourful your garden looks 🙂
Thank you. As you say, it’s very colorful. 🙂
Your house must be a very, very lovely home. Thanks for always sharing your world. Very nice blooms.
My pleasure. Glad to hear that you like this. 🙂
You have a beautiful garden Cocomino 🙂
Thank you. I’m glad to hear that. 🙂
What a lovely garden – great pictures!
Thank you. 🙂
I think all of them bloom here. The kousa dogwood I believe is called Korean dogwood here. But I am not so good on things from the garden. We say that people like you, who can make stuff grow so well in your gardens, have a “green thumb.”
I wish it were different, but I’m afraid I have a “black thumb.”
😦
Thanks for sharing. I didn’t know a “black thumb.” It’s interesting. There aren’t such words in Japanese. I hope that you also enjoy flowers. 🙂
What a delightfully lovely splash of colors in your garden! 🙂
Thanks a lot. It’s amazing.
Your garden is looking so lovely!
Many thanks. 🙂
Where I come from we call cherry sage autumn sage; I have all of these plants near my house!
That’s great I didn’t know autumn sage. Thanks. 🙂
How lovely looking is Your garden!
Thank you. Glad to hear that. 🙂
色彩豊かで美しい庭ですね。この花はキモノケイトウと言うのですか。ちっちゃくて可愛らしいです。娘さんも喜びそうですね。
