I live in Kawagoe-city Saitama-prefecture Japan. There are many traditional warehouses in Kawagoe. So many Japanese and the people from overseas come to sightseeing. http://www.koedo.or.jp/foreign/english/index.html

  1. Oh, cocomino. You made me remember my grade school days. I had plenty of those back in the day and I had green thumb. I always get a high grade in my agriculture subjects because of my gardens where I got to plant different vegetables as well as garlic and onions. That was also one of my most memorable moments in my childhood days–gardening.

  2. A portrait of the baby vegetables!
The miso garlic looks like it will be absolutely delicious. I’d never heard of that, but I can imagine it very well!

  3. Just the other day, I had miso-garlic sauce for probably the first time at a sukiyaki meal…
I’m not sure if it’s the same miso-garlic you’re making, but it was the best sauce i’d ever tried!

  4. cocomino

  5. Yeah, sounds good! Thanks! Do you need to do anything special with the bottle, like use a machine to vacuum seal it? I know some people who make a lot of jams and pickles do stuff like that so that it’s sterile and preserves properly.

    1. I read it in the book. What you said sounds better. However, since I’m beginner to make this, I didn’t care the bottle. I’ll check the condition in the bottle. 😀
