I was very surprised that there were many sushi restaurants and bars in Finland.
Basically, the taste isn’t bad and I enjoyed some sushi restaurants in Finland.
Young Finnish women were making the sushi while professional cooks , called Itamae 板前, usually made sushi in Japan.
You can also take out the sushi.
Salmon is a common ingredient of Finnish sushi.
This shop is a popular sushi bar in Helsinki. The interior is very nice although it’s not Japanese taste but Western style.
I need to pay more money for this miso soup.
Wasabi is an option of the sushi.
(Usually, a cook adds wasbi into a sushi before you eat it. )
I saw Avocado sushi for the first time.
Anyway, it’s interesting to know that Finnish people can use chopsticks better than I thought.
