Summer Trip 02 : Building a Tent

We built a tent on the top of the mountain at 1,500 meters.

However, we didn’t need any tools for a tent because we joined the event for beginner or people who have little kids like us.

Surprisingly, we stayed nearby the gondola station.

The friendly staff taught us how to build a tent. All five families tried to stay in a tent for the first time.

So it was easy to build this nice tent.

The tent has windows and top screens to save us from bugs.
It was an interesting experience for my children although the ground was a bit hard.
We slept in sleeping bags.
If people who joined the event liked the tent, they buy one and camp.

Since the place was on the top of the mountain, we enjoyed seeing awesome sunrise and sunset there.
The temperature is lower 10 degrees than the low places.
It’s worth sleeping in a tent.

  1. it is absolutely worth sleeping in a tent, when it means you can experience nature that way. Everybody should try this, especially families with kids. I still remember when me my brother and parents when hiking with a tent when we were children. I’ll never forget..

    • Thank you so much. I agree with you. I wish that I had experienced to stay a tent when I was a child. However, my children enjoyed the other day fortunately.
      Your memory is precious.

    • The last photo is sunset. The photographer said, “The mountains are changing red.”

The African way sounds very interesting although it’s a bit dangerous.

  3. This looks fun. I thought it was a rather strange location, until I saw the sunset photograph! Beautiful! I haven’t slept in tent for a few years now but wish I could do it again soon! I always have a really amazingly deep sleep when camping out in the fresh air. I need a good deep outdoor-sleep again soon.
