Handmade Kite
My children went to a class to make their own kites. The skeleton of the kites is made of small wooden sticks and the skin is thin paper. The children drew their favorite pictures on the kite. My oldest daughter drew our family smiling and house.
Generally you fly kites on New Year’s days but we enjoyed it last weekends. That’s why my youngest daughter found it in the closet at home.
As for my youngest daughter, it sounds fun just to run on a vast field. Moreover, my daughters were delighted when the kites were rose up.
They hoped for strong wind on that day.

In India, kite flying is a big festival that comes in mid-January. Loved the hand made kites, they are so beautiful!

Where I live it is just now getting windy enough for kites. My brothers will be out playing with them soon! They like one’s with superheroes, dragons, or animals on them. My sisters prefer rainbow colors and flowers. Maggie wants a Hello Kitty-chan kite this year.

Just when I think I cannot adore your daughters’ work more, you post something like these wonderful kites! Happy faces in a happy home–I can see why! Your youngest daughter reminds me of myself and my own daughter, just running as hard as possible as far as possible, not even watching the kit!
Haha. As you say, my youngest daughter didn’t watch her kite because she was absorbed in running in the field.
